Ledger Control Number Report

This report lists G/L transactions sorted by ledger control number or reference control number. It also lists transaction date, account, account description, debit, credit, currency, and exchange rate. If foreign amounts are selected, the foreign debit and credit amounts are included.

You can produce this report for a range of ledger control prefixes, sites, fiscal years, periods, and control numbers. You have the option of using the actual control numbers or the reference control numbers entered from the Journal Entries form. You can also use the Analytical Ledger for the report.
