Resource Load Profile - Scheduler
Use this form to view the utilization and load for a specific resource at various points in time. This form does not display any information until you run the Scheduling activity.
Each row in the grid next to the graph displays a single interval in time for the resource, based on the setting of the Intervals field. The intervals are listed in chronological order. Use the built-in scroll bar to display data for additional intervals.
The graph shows the resource load profile for the record selected in the grid. The Backlog display option shows the backlog hours for the resource. The Utilization option shows the percentage of the resource's on-shift hours that are being utilized as well as the percentage of the on-shift hours the resource spent in setup. If there are no load hours for a given interval record, no graph will display for it.
The menu includes these options:
- : View details about the jobs and operations performed by this resource during the last schedule run.
- : View the backlog of work for this resource at the beginning of the specified Start Date.
