Item/Warehouse

Use this form to add an item to warehouses in addition to the default warehouse defined on the Inventory Parameters form. Before an item can be assigned to a warehouse, that warehouse must be listed in the Warehouses File.

The item/warehouse record for the default warehouse is created automatically with the addition of a new item. It cannot be deleted.

Totals for each item are kept at the warehouse level, so it is possible to know what is stocked at each warehouse.
