This report lists retirement plan contributions, sorted by deduction/earning (D/E) code and then by employee number. Only those D/E codes whose 401(k) check box is selected are included in the report.

You can produce this report for a range of D/E codes, departments, employees, and check dates. You can include hourly, non-employee, and salaried employees in the report. In addition, you can select the types of deductions and earnings to include.
