HR Year End Procedure

The HR Year End Procedure utility updates sick leave and vacation information for a selected range of employees. Only employees who have not yet been processed this year are affected.

The total amount of sick leave and vacation hours due last year are calculated. This value is added to any previous carry over amount, and then the number of days already used are subtracted from this amount to arrive at the new total days.
