Delete Payroll Transactions

This utility deletes records from the Payroll Posted Transaction file which logs payroll transactions for the selected date and department ranges. Year-end reports and W-2s must be printed and a transaction list kept prior to deletion, since the data is lost after deletion. You must have Super User authorization to perform this function.
