Interaction Topics
This form controls what is available in the Topic field on these forms: Customer Interactions, Vendor Interactions, Prospect Interactions, and Sales Contact Interactions. It also controls what is available in the Topic field on the Interactions page in the Customer and Vendor portals.
Note: When
defining interaction topics for a multi-site implementation that uses
the Customer and Vendor portals, the same topics should be defined in
each site of the Customer Portal site group. Also, the topics should be
translated to the same languages in each site. Refer to the Multi-Site
Planning document on the support Web site for more information.
