Incident Report
Use this report to preview or print incident information based on the options and filter ranges you select. You can choose to sort the report by incident, customer, status, or owner.
You can include open, closed, or both open and closed incidents on the report. This status is based on the setting of the Closed field on the Service Status Codes form.
Use the Increment Date field to automatically increment the date range and re-run the report.
