This is done by matching the duration of time required by the incident or service order with the next available partner who also has the appropriate skills, certifications, and coverage area. Set up the skills, certifications, and area on the Partners form.

In most cases, this form is launched by clicking Dispatch on the Incidents form or Service Orders form.
