Use this form to create, update, and delete service priority codes. These codes are assigned to individual incidents to determine the importance of the incident and to establish response times.

Priority codes are a key component of the incident escalation process. The grid on the form shows any escalation tasks that are defined for this priority code. You can click Escalation Tasks to define tasks.
