Copying a Portal Catalog

You can copy any existing planned or active portal catalog that has no unsaved rows. You can copy the catalog to a new or an existing catalog. If you copy to an existing catalog, you are prompted to confirm that you want to overwrite the existing catalog. The new catalog is automatically set to Planned.
  1. Open the Portal Catalog Workbench form.
  2. Select the catalog to copy.
  3. In Copy to Catalog ID, specify a new catalog name.
  4. Click Copy.
    All existing catalog criteria is copied to the new catalog. You must build the catalog in order to add the items.
