Create RMA Receiver

Use this form to manually create an RMA receiver for inspection or disposition by QC. The receiver references either a production schedule and the related operations.

This form requires the QualityControlSolution license.

The receiver references either a user-specified item and customer or an existing customer RMA and line.

A receiver is for reference only. It does not record the customer RMA return transaction.

When you create the customer RMA receiver, the item stockroom location is used as a reference only. No material movement occurs.

The Location and Lot must already exist.
