Customer Certificate Of Conformances

Use this form to identify material that has been inspected, accepted, and is designated for shipment on a customer order. This form, and the companion report, are used as the basis for producing company-specific and customer-specific documents containing details of the product configuration, inspection results, and compliance with regulatory or contractual requirements.

This form requires the QualityControlSolution license.

A value in the Authorized By and Close Date fields signifies that the C of C is closed. The C of C can be reopened by clearing both fields.
