Based on options in the QC Supplier Parameters form and In Process Parameters form, use this form to automate these processes:

• Creating QC items
• Creating a QC receiver
• Creating a QC MRR, including a description of the problem
• Printing a tag
• Sending an email notification that a new MRR has been created
