Cost to Complete Snap Shot

This activity copies the current actual cost and units to the Project Cost to Complete Log by cost code. You can then use the Cost to Complete Log report to display the history of a project's costs.

The Project Cost to Complete Log contains all budget, forecast, and actual currency and hours that are associated with projects. The Cost to Complete Snap Shot activity builds the records in the log, stamping them with the date and user ID. The log is also updated when a user changes a budget or forecast.
