Event Variable Groups
Use this form to define initial states for event handlers. An initial state is defined as a set of variables that an event handler uses in accomplishing its tasks. In an initial state, each variable is assigned a default value that is to be passed to the event handler when it begins to execute.
Initial states can be used by multiple event handlers.
For variables that can be manipulated through the Inbox form, a default access can be set to control the circumstances by which the variable's value can be changed within the Inbox form. This default access value can be overridden for a variable in a particular event handler, using the Variable Access tab on the Event Actions form.
