Event Actions
Use this form to create, view, modify, and delete event actions. Event actions are defined as units of work the system performs when an event is triggered and executes an event handler. Event handlers can include one or more actions as part of their definitions.
To create new event actions, you must open this form using the Event Handlers form. If you open this form from the Explorer or the Select Form dialog box, you can only view and modify existing actions.

button. Advanced users can click the Show button to display tabs where you can manually enter the parameter information. Otherwise these tabs are hidden.Use the Variable Access tab to limit the access that recipients of a message have to the designated variable value, and/or to set the caption for the designated variable. The variables you can limit in this manner must be variables that are used in sending event-related messages.
