Vendor version

In WinStudio, the version of a form or global object developed with Vendor editing permission. This level of editing permission is normally available only to suppliers of application software; it is not available to users who customize forms supplied by an application vendor. Vendor versions provide the default functionality of an application. The Vendor version of an object is not changed or deleted in WinStudio Design mode with normal editing permission (Basic, Full User, or Site Developer). In a vendor-supplied application upgrade or service pack, Vendor versions may be deleted and replaced in a forms database.
