Basic editing permissions
In WinStudio, a level of editing permission that allows users to make limited customizations to forms. Users can access WinStudio's Design mode, make customizations to existing forms, and save customizations as their own user version of a form. Users cannot create new forms or delete existing ones (other than their user version). In the Explorer, a basic user has the same capabilities as a user with no editing permission. Allowed customizations to forms include the following:
- Resize a form
- Change a form's caption
- Change the tab order of components on a form
- Edit components in minor ways, including resizing, moving, and hiding components; changing default values; changing component labels; and setting upper case or read-only properties.
