Unlock Locked Functions

Use this utility to unlock functions that were somehow aborted prior to normal termination. If a Locked message displays when you enter certain processes, use this utility to unlock it.

Note: Functions and journals may also be unlocked when performing a crash recovery on the Crash Recovery form.
