Electronic Signature Setup

Use this form to select transactions that require an electronic signature. When you enable specific transactions on this form, those transactions cannot occur until a valid signature is entered. The electronic signature consists of the user name and password of an authorized user, and a valid reason code from the Electronic Signature Reason Codes form. The system prompts for this signature when it is required.
