Purge Transfer Order Ship Receive Transactions

Use this form to delete a range of warehouse transfer transactions from the data collection tables. You can delete transactions by:

• status
• transaction type
• transaction number
• transaction date.

If the Auto-Post Transfer Ship field or Auto-Post Transfer Receipt field on the Data Collection Parameters form is selected, you can delete only transactions with a status of "Error."

Transactions with a status of "Error" remain on the Warehouse Transfer Error Processing form until they are:

• corrected,
• deleted using the Delete option on the Warehouse Transfer Error Processing form, or
• purged using this utility.
