Class Notes

Use this form to view, attach and detach reusable notes that apply to all the records in the collection. Notes attached to collections do not print on reports.

To access this form, perform one of the following actions with a record selected:

• Select Actions>Notes for All.
• Select Notes for All from the right-click context menu.
