Using the Service Order Project Scheduling Form

To change the display in the grid and Gantt chart:

  1. On the Scheduling Profiles form, specify the Gantt settings.

    See Maintaining Display Settings for more information.

  2. Launch the Service Order Project Scheduling form.
  3. All service orders that meet the filtering criteria set up on the Scheduling Profiles form are displayed in the grid. To view one service order, select it in the SRO Select field.
  4. Optionally, select a profile from the Scheduling Profiles form to change the filter and display settings of the grid and chart.
  5. Optionally, specify this information to filter the grid and chart:
    Timescale
    Select whether you want to display the Gantt chart by month/day, week/day, or day/hour.
    Partner Select
    Select a partner for whom you want to view all assignments. The list of service orders includes any service orders that contain a child task where the selected partner is the owner.
    Style
    Select the color scheme to use in the grid and chart.
    Display Level
    Select level of the service order that you want to display in the grid:
    • SRO
    • SRO Line
    • SRO Operation
    • Appointment
