Using the Item Serial Numbers Report to Track Serialized Materials

  1. On the Item Serial Numbers Report form, specify the range of items and serials numbers to include.
  2. In the Display Source field, specify:
    • Summary to show only the immediate source transaction.
    • Detail to show the detail of source jobs, where those jobs contain serial items that themselves have a source. Additional levels are indented on the report.
  3. In the Display Destination field, specify:
    • Summary to show only the immediate destination transaction.
    • Detail to show the detail of destination jobs, where these jobs contain serial items that themselves have a destination. Additional levels are indented.
  4. Click Print.
