Purging Next Keys Data

Depending on how you have your Next Keys definitions set up and the traffic on your system, Next Keys data can accumulate and eventually impair performance. Next Keys data is not automatically purged from the system, by design. For this reason, we recommend that you periodically purge the Next Keys data in your system.

To purge Next Keys data:

Open the Synchronize Next Keys form.
Optionally, copy the data displayed in the grid to a spreadsheet.
This makes it easier to compare the contents of the grid after purging, so that you can assess what, if anything, changed.
Click Purge.
Optionally, compare the before and after contents of the grid and assess whether any corrective actions might be needed.
