Identifying the license module for a form

To identify the license module for a form:

  1. Open the Modules For Form form.
  2. Select System > Actions > Filter > Begin in Place or press F4.
  3. Specify this information:
    Form Name
    Specify the name of the form or select from the list to determine the license module needed to view the form.
  4. Select System > Actions > Filter > Execute in Place or press F4.
