About devices and derived forms
WinStudio allows you to define different devices from which a WinStudio form can be accessed. The properties of each device are defined on the Edit Device Types form. Device 0, also referred to as the default device, represents the application's standard desktop PC interface, and can be neither edited nor deleted. Each additional device type represents an alternate interface (for example, a mobile phone).
Versions of forms that are accessible on a device are called derived forms, and are based on a single master form. Although the master form is typically the version that is accessed within your applications's standard PC interface, it is possible for a master form to be a device version.
