Selecting a Printer

These options are available when you select a printer:

• The global default printer for printing reports, records, and other outputs is set during system installation on the utility server.
• To set a default printer for each report and each user in the system, use the Report Options form to create report output profiles.

• To use a printer other than the default printer for printing a report, see Printing Reports.
• When you print records or collections of records, you can select the desired printer.
