Registering a BOD Template

Before you can see or select a BOD template for use on the Event Action Send BOD form, you must register the template in the application.

  1. Open the Maintain BOD Templates form.
  2. Specify a name to identify the template. If you do not specify a name, the system automatically uses the name of the XML file that you download.
  3. Optionally, provide a description of the template.
  4. Click Upload Template and browse to, select, and open the XML file that contains the BOD template.
  5. Save your changes.

    The template is loaded and the XML code is displayed in the Templates field.

  6. To make the template available for immediate use, select the Active check box. If you do not select this check box, the template is not listed in the Templates field on the Event Action Send BOD form.

To clear the template view and start over, click Clear Template.
