Setting a Process Default

Process defaults are set, or activated, using the Process Defaults form. To set a process default:

  1. Open the Process Defaults form.
  2. Use the Auto-insert row to create a new record.
  3. Use the drop-down list in the Default Name column to select the process default you want to set.
  4. In the Default Value field, specify a valid value for the process default.

    Use the "List of basic process defaults" topic to determine the values that are valid for each process default.

  5. Save your work.
