Setting a Lockout for Session Inactivity
One security feature available to system administrators is the ability to have CloudSuite Industrial lock a user's computer if a session is idle for more than a specified period of time. This is done by setting a process default to the number of minutes to allow a session to remain idle before locking out the user.
For example, if the process default Browser inactivity lock minutes is set to 30, then any user who leaves the computer running and idle for more than 30 minutes, with a CloudSuite Industrial session open, is locked out of the computer. To unlock the computer and return to the session, the user must provide the user password.
If the user (or other individual) is not successful in providing the password after a specified number of attempts, then the computer remains locked until a system administrator unlocks it.
