Using the Combined Transfer Order Ship/Receive

This procedure will create the journal entries for both the shipped and received inventory.

Open the Combined Transfer Order Ship/Receive form.
Select a transfer order.
In Filter-in-Place mode, use the remaining header fields to filter the transfer order line items that will display in the grid.
After you exit Filter-in-Place mode, select, in the grid, all line items that you want to ship or receive.
Edit the quantity shipped or received as needed.
Ensure that the From Location and To Location fields are correct.
To add additional lines, click Add Lines to open the Add Transfer Ship Line modal form.
Enter the specifications for the new line, then click Add to return to the Combined Transfer Order Ship/Receive form.
Click Ship/Receive to ship or receive the selected transfer order line items.
