Disable On Pane 0 attribute, Background Image Form property

Use the Disable On Pane 0 attribute to exclude or include a background image on the left pane or top pane of a form (pane 0 of a multiview form).

When set to True, this attribute excludes the image from pane 0.

When set to False, this attribute includes the image on pane 0.
