Custom Planner Rule

This field applies to APS.

Select this field if you are using a custom routine (that invokes the ol_opercalc program) for calculating operation duration. When APS runs, it uses your custom routine only if the operation's Custom Planner Rule is selected. The system uses fixed cycle time if the Custom Planner Rule is selected and Fixed Schedule Hours contains a value. It uses per-piece cycle time if Fixed Schedule Hours is blank or 0.

If the operation's Custom Planner Rule is cleared, the system will not call the custom ol_opercalc routine.
