Basis, Escalation Tasks

This field determines which date/time will be used for triggering the first escalation.

Option	Description
Follow-up	Current date/time is beyond the follow-up date/time of the incident.
Late	Current date/time is beyond the "time until late" limit or Current Date/Time > Incident Date + Days/Hours Until Late
Warning	Current date/time is beyond the "days/hours until warning" limit or Current Date/Time > Incident Date + Days/Hours Until Warning
Due Date	Current date/time is beyond the incident due date or Current Date/Time > Incident Due Date
