Handling the Graph Results (Pre-Fusion Charts)

Note:  This topic applies to the graphing tool, which is supported for backward compatibility.  We recommend, if you want to add charts or gauges to a form, that you use the newer FusionCharts tool instead.

When you move your pointer over the graph area, these buttons display in the upper right corner of the graph:

  • Print Chart: Click this button to open the standard Print dialog box, where you can select a printer and set printer options. When you click OK, the system prints the graph using the selected printer and settings.
  • Copy Chart to Clipboard: Click this button to copy the graph to the system clipboard. From there, you can paste it into a document or file such as a Word document, a PowerPoint presentation, or an Excel spreadsheet. You can also paste it into a graphics editing program for further touchup.
  • Copy Chart to File: Click this button to save the graph file in any of these formats:
  • Bitmap (*.bmp)
  • JPEG (*.jpg)
  • GIF (*.gif)
  • TIFF (*.tif)
  • PNG (*.png)
  • Enhanced Metafile (*.emf)
