Notify Portal Unit Registration Rejected - Workflow Event Handler

Use this event handler to notify a Customer or Reseller Portal user that a unit registration request was rejected. The notification is an external email.

Notification Text

To: portaluser
Subject: Registration Rejected
Body: Your registration request RegID for Unit UnitNum was rejected.

Variable Information

Variable	Description
`portaluser`	The portal user who created the unit registration request.
`RegID`	The ID assigned by the system when the registration request was submitted.
`UnitNum`	The unit number submitted by the portal user for registration.

Associated Event and IDO

The IdoOnItemUpdate event for the FSUnitRegs IDO triggers these notifications.
