Executive Home - Sales Tab

The Sales tab on the Executive Home form includes the tabs described here.

Fields

Use the Period and Year fields to display only data from the selected period and year. When filtering by period, you cannot also filter by date.

Use the Date, Start Date, and End Date fields to display only data from the selected date range. When filtering by date, you cannot also filter by period.

Tabs

Note:  Total amounts on the Sales tab display totals for all records in the selected period or date range, regardless of any global caps defined on the Settings form. For example, if 300 records exist in the selected period, but the Settings form caps data records at 100, total amounts will include all 300 records, even though only 100 are displayed in the grid.

Shipment Revenue: This tab displays shipment revenue information for the selected period or date range. Use the View group box to select whether to view shipment revenue data by site, product code, item, or by all three. If all shipments have been invoiced, then this data will match the data on the Customer Service form Margins tab.

Late Orders: This tab displays all late orders whose due date is contained in the period, or the date range, selected on the Sales tab.

Order Bookings: This tab displays order booking amounts for the selected period or date range. Use the View group box to select whether to view booking data by salesperson, site, or product code. Select Details to display extended information.

Pipeline: This tab displays the pipeline value for the selected period or date range. Use the View By group box to select whether to view booking data by salesperson, territory, or stage. Select Details to display extended information.

Opportunities Won/Lost: This tab displays opportunities won and last during the selected period or date range. The Win % field displays the percentage of opportunities that were won.
