Form Sync, Export tab

This Form Sync Utilities tab contains these fields and options.

Fields and options	Description/Comments
Output: Save/View	The Save output option causes the output to be written to an XML file on the local computer. In this case, a default location and filename are suggested in the Filename field. You can use the ellipsis (…) button to browse to a different location and/or provide a different filename. Note: In the web client or in a partial trust situation, there is no ellipsis button. In this case, you must provide the path and filename, using standard `drive:\path` formatting. The View output option causes the output to be displayed on a form page. In this case, the Filename and ellipsis button are both disabled.
Filename	This field displays the path and filename for the XML file to be exported.
... (Browse)	Click to select a different path and/or specify a different file name. Note: This button is not available in the web client or in a partial trust situation.
Preserve locked by	When selected, this option preserves the Locked By setting for any object that is currently checked out. Otherwise, all objects are marked as Unlocked in the XML output.
Export form licenses	When selected, this option copies and includes any form licenses as part of the XML output. Otherwise, form licenses are not included with the XML output.
Export form templates	When selected, this option copies and includes any form templates as part of the XML output. Otherwise, form templates are not included with the XML output.
Export	After making settings as desired in the other fields and options, to export the specified data to an XML file, click this button.
